This has been a tremendous unlock for our partners and we believe the Halo community is going to love it. We went we spent a lot of time on building this because I hated my notepad that had all my daily logs.

We are continuously working to enhance this partnership. Upcoming features include:

  • embedding the Halo customer portal into custom Teams apps
  • chat embedded inside of the Halo portal with automatic authentication so that they have the ability to continue their conversation while browsing your custom portal
  • additional support for Halo's actions beyond the existing capability for both internal and external comments
